CERTAIN to eventually become a sickness in your body. A
person CANNOT live in divine health - while harboring
unforgiveness for anyone for ANY reason WHATSOEVER.
Forgiveness is a COMMANDMENT OF THE LORD! If you are sick
with something chronic or life threatening - [cancer comes to
mind] take a minute from your day to make a list of anyone and
everyone you have ever failed to forgive for any reason, forgive
them; then ask the Lord to forgive you! Then you can ask
Him to remove the cancer, and He will. For more

So it is the fear of the Lord, forgiveness and the shunning of evil that ultimately keeps a man healthy. It's not enough to eat and live well. Without loving and obeying God, and departing from evil, all the vitamins and clean water in the world won't keep a man healthy.
